She became a real estate agent after going through the process of buying her own home 15 years ago, and has worked tirelessly for her clients to establish herself consistently as one of the top ranked Real Estate Agents in sales volume in Scarsdale. Randi is a recognized leader in the field and has received several awards from the Real Deal, Westchester Real Estate, Inc, Five Star Professional, and Westchester Magazine.  She has been awarded “Top Real Estate Agent” by Westchester Magazine for five consecutive years and currently ranks among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the U.S by Real Trends.

Since joining Compass in 2018, Randi grew her business and launched the Randi Culang Team, a Top Small Team ranked by volume by the Real Deal. The focus of the team is to be true partners in the selling, buying and renovation process. They expertly assess and stage homes in preparation for listing, pricing homes with accuracy and informed confidence. They focus on finding a great home for buyers, and then making it a perfect fit

Randi’s vast experience in new construction involves working with a deep bench of vetted professionals. From designing floor plans to selecting finishes, she adds value in each stage. She has overseen total transformations and ground-up developments on behalf of her clients.

The Randi Culang Team services all lower Westchester towns, including Scarsdale, Edgemont, Larchmont, Ardsley, New Rochelle, Eastchester, and White Plains, and has established strategic partnerships with brokers beyond this area.

Randi is a 2001 graduate of Duke University. Prior to becoming an agent, Randi was the Vice President, Global Consumer Goods & Services Research Head at Gerson Lehrman Group, the premier expert network research firm, where she specialized in client service and team management. She is also the founder of an established interior design firm, RRC Design, and an experienced project manager, delivering on vision, creativity, and design.

Randi resides in Scarsdale with her husband, daughter and son, and is a member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is Co-President of the Fox Meadow Neighborhood Association (FMNA) and has been an active volunteer at Westchester Reform Temple in Scarsdale, currently a member of the Philanthropy Committee. She also currently serves on the Board of Architectural Review in Scarsdale, the Scarsdale Bowl Committee, the Advisory Board of 914 Cares, and the Board of the Scarsdale Business Alliance. In her spare time, she enjoys singing (a former a cappella recording award winner), traveling and spending time with her family and two dogs.
