The SBA has been instrumental in the ongoing transformation of Scarsdale Village into a thriving, vibrant downtown center. Daniel’s Music Foundation, founded in 2006, empowers individuals with disabilities through music education, performance, and socialization. Today their programs serve thousands of individuals locally in East Harlem at their 8,700 square-foot music center, and through their DMF Online Community, which reaches 45 cities in the US and Canada. Through their Disability Awareness platform, DMF is challenging stereotypes about individuals with disabilities and working to build a more inclusive society for all.
