The eye doctors and staff at Eye Q Optometrist have been providing New York City & Scarsdale with quality eye care since 1997. The friendly staff is dedicated to providing this care in an atmosphere of compassion and respect. Eye Q’s goal is to remain at the forefront of eye care through continuing education utilizing the latest state-of-the-art equipment, technology, contact lens, and eyewear products.

Dr. Abraham Zlatin began his practice in Scarsdale in 2004, shortly after moving to Greenacres. Falling in love with the neighborhood and the lovely people, opening his second office in the Golden Horseshoe seemed like a natural idea. In 2023, his son Zachary Zlatin graduated from SUNY Optometry School with his Masters’s Degree and Doctorate and is now working alongside his father.

Dr. Samantha Valiando joined the practice in 2023 as well. She specializes in family eyecare and dry eye disease.

Eye Q Optometrist offers comprehensive eye health assessments, ocular disease diagnosis and treatment, contact lens evaluation and fitting, Myopia Management, Dry Eye Disease care and prescriptions.

Their passion for myopia management and pediatric eye care is unmatched. Dr. Abraham Zlatin serves on the American Academy of Orthokeratology. His experience with Myopia Management spans three decades and he was one of the first fellow trained Orthokeratologists on the East Coast. Dr. Zachary Zlatin received his master’s in myopia management in 2023. His research on its efficacy in children is pending publishing in medical journals. The doctors customize orthoK lenses that patients wear while they sleep which allows them freedom from glasses and contact lenses in the daytime! All the while, their myopia is being managed from progression.

Stacy Zlatin (yes, this is a family business) has a strong business and fashion background. Stacy curates collections of eyewear from around the world to offer patients and clients unique styles and very fashionable eyewear. Eye Q’s sunglass collection is one of the largest in the Westchester area and they are continually complimented on their selection.
